91% Sapling Survival Achieved: A Milestone for Conservation Efforts

On the 3rd of November, the first field monitoring was conducted to collect data for determining the survival rate of saplings planted at the beginning of May this year.

After the initial six months, we are pleased to report that 91% of the saplings have successfully survived. We are hopeful that the high rainfall we experienced this past winter will provide the saplings with a fighting chance to endure the upcoming summer.

Following this, a second round of monitoring will be conducted to assess the survival rate after the summer season.
